Getting out of the Dark

It's a constant battle. A war between remembering and forgetting.
A war between what you know and what you feel.

Step 1: 

I think that is why it's called being "blind sided" - because you don't see it coming... and even if you do
you don't want to believe that a person who brought such pleasure to your life could be capable of bringing you so much pain.  

Step 2: 
Embrace your emotions ~every.single.one.
Don't run from them - even if the urge is there.
Invite them in for
 they each have a lesson.
